Organist
Music has an importnat part to play in Masonic Lodges. The Organists duty is to provide the music which enriches our ceremonies. In recent times the number of people playing musical instruments such as the piano and organ has reduced, more members have taken up the Guitar and Drums. Lodge Organists are becoming harder to find. In some Lodges the ceremonies are carried out unaccompanied, some have electronic music provided from a CD or tape whilst others, have dispensed with music altogether. Music has played an important part in Masonic ceremonial for nearly 300 years and when an Organist is present the ceremonies are greatly enriched.

W.Bro Marc Bauwens currently holds the Office of Organist.
