W.Bro Terry Hunt was initiated in to the Shorncliffe Lodge No:4330 on the 4th January 1982, he quickly rose through the progressive offices of that Lodgeto become the Worshipful Master on the 1st November 1988. He has held various offices within that Lodge including Chaplain, Mentor, Almoner, Assistant Director of Ceremonies, Director of Ceremonies, Assistant Secretary and currently is the Secretary.

W.Bro Terry became a joining member of the Septem Lodge on the 14th September 1996, he has served Septem in the offices of Assistant Secretary, Assistant Director of Ceremonies, Inner Guard, Senior Warden and unusually has served as the Worshipful Master of Septem 3 times, 2002, 2007 and 2011.

He was honoured firstly with the Provincial Rank of Past Provincial Assistant Grand Director of Ceremonies (PPrAGDC), on the 19th April 1996, then promoted to Past Provincial Deputy Grand Superintendent of Works (PPrDepGSuptWks) on the 16th of April 2010, and further promoted to Past Provincial Grand Sword Bearer (PPrGSwdB) on the 15th April 2016. Terry was honoured again in April 2022 and was promoted to the rank of Past Provincial Junior Grand Warden (PPrJGW).

W.Bro Terry is a retired Insurance Broker who owned his own business for many years, his real interest now lies in his favourite hobby of Golf.
