W.Bro Jeremy Roger Cook was initiated in to the Coventry Foundation Lodge No:4543 on the 22nd November 1982, passed to the 2nd Degree on the 24th January 1983 and raised to the 3rd Degree on the 28th March 1983. He progressed to the Masters Chair, bcoming Worshipful Master of that Lodge on the 25th October 1993. He servved as Secretary of that Lodge from 23rd October 2000 until the 2nd July 2013. He was also a joining members of the Ariconium Lodge No:8868, in the Province of Herefordshire.

W.Bro Jerry was appointed to the Provincial rank of Past Provincial Assistant Grand Director of Ceremonies (PPrAGDC) in the Province of Warwickshire on the 18th May 2000, promoted to the rank of Past Provincial Grand Sword Bearer (PPrGSwdB) on the 19th May 2007 and further promoted to Past Provincial Junior Grand Warden (PPrJGW) on the 17th May 2014.

W.Bro Jerry is a married man who retired as a Veterinary Surgeon, he decided to move to East Kent to be nearer his family and became a joining member of the Septem Lodge on the 11th March 2017.
