 Bro Christopher Ivan Eason left Ethelbert Road Secondary School for boys in 1978 with 8 CSE and 2 ‘O’ level Certificates.
After leaving school I began work and made Coffins until made redundant 1987. In 1987 I started at “Frank & Whittome Joinery” as wood machinist and later becoming a buyer being involved in metalwork, glass and stone with many high profile customers such as; Peter Gabriel, Musician, the Sultan of Brunei and Tiffany’s jewellery.
After redundancy in 2005 I joined “T.T. Landscape Gardens” which involved being part of team including construction of Chelsea flower show gardens. In 2008 I was again made redundant and joined “South East Coachworks” as a buyer, helping convert vehicles including vintage Routemaster double decker’s into customers specification including; WW2 Museum, NHS support vehicles, Corona party bus and the Shepherd Neame Bar.
In 2013 due to ill health I stopped working for a while and have since built up a large customer base as a self-employed property maintenance and handy man using skills obtained throughout work career and picked up many additional skills along the way.
I was initiated in to the Septem Lodge on the 12th September 2015, passed to the 2nd degree on the 28th November 2015 by the Trinity Mariners Lodge No:8046, as a courtesy working on behalf of the Septem Lodge and raised to the third degree on the 10th September 2016. In May 2017 I was appointed as the Lodge Tyler, a position that I still hold today.
My hobbies include; Gardening, Reading, Drawing, Walking, Fishing and the odd beer or two.
Not currently married, I am a Family man with three children, Daughter 37yrs old, Jerra, Daughter 22yrs old, Georgia and a Son of 18yrs Josh.
